Problem printing error appears when trying to finish dispensing a script or when printing a dispense label.

Problem Printing. Error number: 10, Syntax error.

Cause

There could be abnormal symbols or characters somewhere within the affected script's details that Fred Dispense is unable to print.

Resolution

1. Review script details for any abnormal symbols or characters.
   They could be found in fields such as the Prescriber/Patient names or script directions, etc.
   For example:
   
2. Remove any abnormal symbols or characters. In the above example, remove the curly brackets.
3. Test by printing the same dispense label.
