Fred Dispense
Overview
How to set and configure the MedView Flow terminal ID in Fred Dispense and MedView Flow.
Check the Terminal ID in Fred Dispense
- Open Fred Dispense.
- From the Setup menu, select eHealth Configuration, then select MedView Flow Configuration.
- In the MedView Flow Configuration popup, locate the Terminal ID field. Compare this value with the Terminal ID displayed at the top of the Fred Dispense screen.
- If the Terminal IDs match, proceed to the next step.
- If the Terminal IDs do not match, contact Fred IT Support for investigation and resolution.
Check the Terminal ID in MedView Flow (Web Browser)

Select the ⚙️ icon on the menu to display Settings.
- Select Terminal Settings.
- Enter the Terminal ID and click Save.
- Refresh the browser.
