Fred Dispense
Issue
When dispensing a repeat, the message "NO 'NHS' Drugs Found" or "NO 'Repat' Drugs Found" displays.
Cause
When an item is delisted from the PBS, it is also removed as a selectable option as an NHS or Repat item in Fred Dispense. If it was previously dispensed with repeats remaining before it was delisted, the repeat will try, and fail, to dispense under that same category.
Resolution
Contact Fred Support to resolve this issue.
