How to look up non-transmitted scripts in Fred Dispense Plus

The PBS Status tile indicates the presence of Errors/Not Transmitted scripts. The following steps show how to find out which scripts are affected.

From the Wait Screen, click PBS Claiming at the bottom of the screen.
Ensure current claim period has been selected.
In the PBS status column header, click the filter icon.
Under Values, select Non Trans. then click Close.

Fred Dispense Plus will display every non-transmitted script in the claim period.
Expand the rejected script to see why it was rejected
Highlight the script you want to correct and re-transmit, then select "Edit." Make the necessary changes and complete the dispensing.

Return to the Claim screen to fix any other rejected or non transmitted prescriptions before closing the claim.
