How to fix a blank report screen

Issue

The report screen is blank, and you are unable to generate any reports.

Cause

This issue may occur when the display scale in Windows settings is not set to 100%.

Resolution

1. On the affected terminal, go to the Display settings in Windows.

   
2. Navigate to Display > Scale and layout. If the size of text, apps, and other items is not set to 100%, adjust it to 100%.
   

3. Restart Fred Dispense Plus and try generating the report again.
