How to restart Fred Connect Plus

Fred Dispense Plus

Overview

Follow this guide to restart Fred Connect Plus. This can sometimes help with ePrescription retrieval or with MySL patients and scripts not displaying correctly.

Steps

1. Close Fred Dispense Plus on all computers except one.
2. On the remaining computer, from Help menu, select About Fred Dispense Plus.
   
3. Click on the icon shown below.
   
4. Click Yes.
   
5. Click OK.
   
6. Exit Fred Dispense Plus on the remaining computer.
7. After waiting 60 seconds, open Fred Dispense Plus on all computers.
