Fred Dispense Plus
This article explains how users can find the Fred Support Computer ID and Name of a computer, which a support consultant may request before logging into the PC.
From the Help menu, select About Fred Dispense Plus.
The popup displays the unique Fred Support Computer ID and Computer Name assigned to that particular terminal.
