Embedded MedView Flow displays 'Connecting...'

Fred Dispense Plus

Overview

This article provides solutions for addressing the issue where Embedded MedView Flow shows 'Connecting...' or displays an incorrect number of queued baskets.

Steps

1. Log on to the Fred Dispense Plus server PC.
2. Go into Services—in Windows, search for and select Services as shown below.
   
3. Ask all users in the pharmacy to stop dispensing on all terminals for about 20 seconds.
4. In the list of services, right-click on Fred Connect Plus and then click Restart.
   
5. Embedded MedView Flow should now display the correct number of queued baskets and users can resume dispensing.
