Single computer
- Shut down and restart the computer.
- Check the computer's network connectivity.

Run the Windows network trouble-shooter:
Settings > Network & Internet > Status -
Select Network trouble-shooter
Follow the steps to see if Windows can rectify the problem.
Multiple computers
- Check for outage with your Internet Service Provider.
- Reboot the router/modem.
- Remove the power cable for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
- If the router connects to the internet but the computers still cannot connect, shut down and restart all computers.
- Still having problems, contact your Internet Service Provider.
