How to fix a blank report screen

Issue

The report screen is blank, and you are unable to generate any reports.

Cause

This issue may occur when the display scale in Windows settings is not set to 100%.

Resolution

1. On the affected terminal, go to the Display settings in Windows.

   

2. Go to Display, then under Scale and layout. make sure the size of text, apps and other items is set to 100%.
   
3. Restart Fred Dispense Plus and try generating the report again.
