Fred POS display screen is out of alignment

Issue

Occasionally stores will login and find their customer display being out of alignment. 

This troubleshooting is based on a monitor with the size of 1920 x 1080 display.  You can follow the same steps, adjusting screen resolutions for displays of various sizes.

Resolution

1. Login into the POS.

2. Press Ctrl-F6 to see the Display Properties window.

3. Click Transaction Screen, then click Window.

   
   The Window Properties popup displays.
   

   1. Make sure the left and top position are both 0, 0.
   2. Change the width: 1920
   3. Change the height: 720
   4. Click OK.
4. Click Touchscreen Keyboard, then click Window.
   
   The Window Properties popup displays.
   
   
   1. Set the left position to 0, and top to 720.
   2. Set the Width to 1920, and the Height to 360.
   3. Click OK.
5. Now click OK and the screen will resize.
6. Pres Esc and exit out to Save.
7. Load up the till again.
