Delete | Cancel | Void a Transaction for FRED POS RMS

If you need a transaction at the till removed. 

Steps

  1. Log in to the cash register using your username.
  2. Press F11 on the keyboard.
  3. Select Void Transaction.
  4. Locate and select the appropriate batch and transaction.
  5. Confirm the void.
Important: Voiding a transaction will permanently remove it from the system. Ensure you have selected the correct transaction before proceeding.
