How to save reports in Excel format in Fred Dispense Plus

Overview

In Fred Dispense Plus, you can save reports in a range of formats, including Excel. Refer to the steps below for more details.

Steps

1. From the menu, select  Setup > Printer Settings.
2. Under Report Printer, select Print Preview.
   
3. Generate the report.
4. Click the down arrow beside the floppy disk icon and select XLS File or XLSX File for Excel.
   

Other options are available, if you want to save the report in a different format—for example, PDF or CSV File.
