Generate a new script required report

There are three ways you can print the last repeat reminder for patients:

• On a per patient basis
• On a per script basis
• On a per facility basis

On a per patient basis

Follow the steps below if you want to enable the last repeat reminder for a particular patient.

1. Go to the patient profile. (Shortcut: Press F8).
2. Click Extra Details on the right-hand side.
3. Enable the Automatically Print New Script Required function using the drop-down menu.
   
4. Click Close, then click Save to save the changes.
   

On a per script basis

1. Go to the wait screen. (Shortcut: Press Ctrl+Q).
2. Select the script you want by clicking it once or searching for it by pressing F4.
3. Under Printing Options, select More Options, then select New Script Required. This will generate a reminder for that script.
   

On a per facility basis

Follow the steps below to print reminders for all patients allocated to a facility.

1. From the Reports menu, select Facilities.
   
2. Choose the facility you want to generate the report for.
3. Select the New Script Required Report Type and select the filters you want to apply. Then click Generate.
