Generate a report of all safety net patients

Overview

Follow the steps below to generate a Patient List Report for all patients on safety net.

Steps

1. Click on (bottom of the screen) to access all reports.
   You can also access the Patient reports from the Patient Maintenance screen.

2. The reports screen will display. Click on the Patient tile.
   
   
3. Make the following selections on the Patient Reports screen:
   1. Under Report Type, click List of Patients. 
   2. Under Report Subtype click Safety Net Patients.
   3. In the Report Filter section, select either the current year or previous year.
   4. Additionally, you can also filter for patients in a facility.
      
      
      
4. Click Generate.
