How to customise the List of Patients report

Overview

The List of Patients report is highly versatile and can be customised in various ways to suit different needs. This guide explains how to tailor the report and includes an example of a common use case.

Example: Display the Top 100 Patients Aged 65 and Over with Mobile Numbers

Run the List of Patients report

1. From the menu bar, select Reports > Patients then select List of Patients.
   

   

2. Set any filters, then click Run Report.
   

3. Once a list of patients is generated, right click on a column header and select Column Chooser to add more columns—depending on the purpose of the report. 

    

Display the Top 100 Patients Aged 65 and Over with Mobile Numbers

Step 1: Filter for patients aged 65 or older

1. Click the filter icon in the Birth Date column header.
2. Apply a date filter to include only those born before the desired cutoff date.
   

Step 2: Exclude patients without mobile numbers

1. Click the filter icon in the Mobile Phone column.
2. Clear the (Blanks) checkbox to show only profiles with a mobile number.
   

Step 3: Identify the top 100 patients

1. Click the Script Count column to sort by the number of scripts dispensed.
2. Review the first 100 entries in the sorted list.
