Enable MedView camera permissions

Overview

Follow the relevant steps below to allow your browser to access the camera for MedView Flow.

Steps for Google Chrome

1. Select the 3 dots in the top-right corner of the browser, then select Settings.
   
2. Select Privacy and security.
   
3. Select Site Settings.
   
4. Under Permissions, select Camera.
   
5. Select the MedView website.
   
6. Change from Block to Allow.
   
7. Refresh the browser.

Steps for Microsoft Edge

1. Select the 3 dots in the top-right corner of the browser, then select Settings.
   
2. Select Cookies and site permissions.
   
3. Select Camera.
   
4. Remove the MedView website from the Blocked sites.
5. Refresh the browser.
