Baskets not displaying in MedView Flow web application

Issue

Some baskets display in MedView Flow embedded in the dispense software, but they are not visible in the MedView Flow web application.

Cause

The MedView Flow web application automatically sets the default collection date range to the last 2 weeks. If a basket has a collection date exceeding this period, users need to modify the date range in the filter to view them.

Resolution

1. Launch MedView Flow web application.
2. Navigate to the home screen and select Filters in the top right corner.
3. Adjust the Collection date from or Collection date to in order to expand the timeframe and Apply.
   
4. The MedView Flow web application should now display the baskets that were previously hidden but were visible in the MedView Flow embedded in the dispensing software.
