The following article provides troubleshooting steps if you receive an error message when scanning a token.
Description: Error processing request. The service is currently unavailable, please try again. If you continue to see this message, please contact support.
- Confirm Services Performance Status for MedView Flow by visiting: https://www.fred.com.au/support/status/
- Alternatively, electronic prescription tokens can also be scanned directly into Fred Dispense Plus
- If after the services performance has returned to Service operational 100% and are still experiencing issues, please get in touch by creating a ticket
Other Token Scan Error Messages

| Cancelled | This prescription has been cancelled by the prescriber. Please scan another script |
| Ceased | This prescription has been ceased by the prescriber. Please scan another script. |
| Expired | This prescription has expired. Please scan another script. |
| Dispensed | This prescription has been dispensed. Please scan another script. Invalid: This prescription could not be retrieved. Please try again or enter the code manually. |
