Sharing a printer with another terminal on the network

This guide will provide basic steps on how to add/map a printer from another PC on the network.

On the printer host PC, open the Printer Properties for the printer you want to share.
Select the Sharing tab, and make sure that Share this printer is selected.
Make a note of the Share name which you will use in the next step.
From the client PC that you wish to add the printer to, open File Explorer, then in the address bar at the top, enter the path for the host PC (\\host_pc_name) that has the printer is attached and shared (Example: \\FREDSERVER or \\FREDCLIENT1).
Right click on the printer you would like to connect to and select Connect.
