Issue

Fred Dispense labels are printing upside down.

Cause

One of the main causes is a manufacturing error resulting in labels rolled the wrong way.

Resolution

If the label is F5 format, there is no method to flip the printing orientation.

You will need to use a new roll of labels.

If the label is L4 format, open Fred Dispense, then follow the steps below.

1. From the Setup menu, select Dispense options, then select Label Printer.
2. Next to Label Format, enter R in the Blank field to reverse printing.
