Overview

You can review all message codes returned by PBS Online for each claim by running a Detailed Claim report (PBS statements).

PBS statements are archived after 90 days. It is recommended to print/save (print to PDF) a copy for each Claim Period for record-keeping purposes.

Steps

1. From the Activities menu, select Pharmpay Claim, then select PBS-Online Report Parameters.
2. Select a Claim Period from the list.
3. Enter D for detailed Report Type.
4. Click OK to generate the report.

The generated report will provide details for each claim/script sent to PBS Online within a particular Claim Period. This includes PBS returned message codes (Reason codes) including Rejection and Warning codes.
