Reclaim a script that has been placed on hold

Overview

Putting a script on hold will exclude the script or claim from the current claim period. When you are ready to remove the claim from on hold status to transmit to PBS for claiming, select Reclaim.

Steps

1. Edit the script by pressing F4 or Ctrl+E followed by the script number.
2. In the wait screen, select Reclaim Rx (or press M).
