Report of scripts that are deleted or on hold

Overview

Use this report to account for scripts in your claim that are on hold.

Steps

1. From the Activities menu, select Pharmpay Claim, then select Holding/Deleted Scripts Report. The Holding & Deleted Scripts Report window is displayed.
   
2. The Claim Period defaults to the current period. You can enter a previous claim period if required.
3. In the Include Deleted Scripts text box, type either:
   • Y to include deleted scripts in the report.
   • N to include only held scripts.
4. Click Generate to generate the report.
   Shortcut: Press Enter or G.
