How to activate RTPM in Fred Dispense Plus

Overview

Real Time Prescription Monitoring (RTPM) is a national system in Australia that tracks the prescribing and dispensing of controlled substances to help prevent misuse. This system can be integrated with Fred Dispense Plus.

Steps

1. From the menu, select Setup > Dispense Options.

2. Set the Real Time Prescription Monitoring option to Yes, then click Save to update your settings.
   
   
   
   

3. Once enabled, a notification will appear in the bottom right corner of the Main Dispense screen when a monitored drug is dispensed.
