How to print a Waiting Scripts/Uncollected Scripts report

Overview

You may want to review scripts sitting in POS Waiting Scripts weekly to ensure scripts are being collected and processed correctly and are not building up over time.

Steps

To access the Waiting Scripts report on NXT POS:

1. Tap Manager Ops tile, then tap View Reports.
2. Tap Waiting Scripts Report from the Reports list.
3. If you see a blank screen as below, tap List view (circled in red).
   All script records sitting in POS Waiting scripts display. (There is no need to adjust the start date parameter).
4. To save the report and print, tap Save As, then tap Save as type PDF, TXT or EXCEL.

Excel is the recommended file type as you can easily filter and sort the data further before printing.
