Overview

Fred IT Group works with third-party vendors who require access to pharmacy data held within the Fred Dispense Plus database or who require access to real-time dispense and/or point-of-sale events.

To begin Fred Dispense Plus integration with third-party applications, you need to submit a sensitive data access form. 

For Meditec Robot integration, this form does NOT need to be submitted

Steps

1. Submit the following sensitive data access form:
   https://fred.au/sda
2. Once the form is received by Fred, the deployment team will create and provide credentials directly to the relevant third-party vendor.
