Where Fred needs to perform remediation, activities related to additional services or unserviceable hardware, a charge will be incurred.
Example: Remediation is required to restore Fred systems to an operational state after work was conducted by a third-party service.
This work will be chargeable at the standard rate:
Technician fees
- In house rate during business hours* = $137 / hr plus GST
- On-site rate during business hours* = $168 / hr plus GST
- After hours rate onsite or in house = $252 / hr plus GST
- Weekend rate onsite or in house = $315 / hr plus GST
Trainer fees
- Per Day $500 plus GST
Additional fees
- Non-Fred printer installation, remote during business hours* = $60 plus GST
- MedView Paperless move/reinstallation - standard = $60 plus GST
- Fred Mobility store relocation = $60 plus GST
*Business hours are defined as Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm AEST.
Where on-site work is required, applicable travel and/or accommodation fees will also apply.
