Overview

This article explains how to close your current claim.

Steps

1. Navigate to the PBS Claiming screen.
2. Under Actions, select Close Claim Period.
   

3. The Paperless Claim for Payment Certification will display. Select Yes to close the claim.

4. If a prompt displays indicating there are non-transmitted scripts, you will not be able to close the claim. Refer to How to look up non-transmitted scripts in Fred Dispense Plus
