Rejection from PBS Online with codes R978 and R099

Issue

The script is rejected with PBS codes R978 and R099.

Cause

This is commonly caused by having a space at the end of the concession number in the Patient Maintenance screen for the affected patient.

Resolution

1. Go to the Patient Maintenance screen (F8) for the affected patient.
2. Check if there is a space at the end of the concession number. If there is, remove the space and save the change.
3. Reclaim the rejected script and verify that the script claims successfully.
