Fred Dispense Plus
Overview
There are two ways to check if you have closed your claim:
- By manually selecting the claim under Claim Period.
- By reviewing the Last Claim period information.
Option 1: Manually select the claim under Claim Period
- From the Wait Screen, click PBS Claiming at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the Claim Period and expand the top line.
Closed claims display the following message: "Your request to close claim period has been successfully processed. Your claim is now closed."
Alternatively, if the claim status says "Processing" or "Closed" then no further action is required. Your claim is closed.
Option 2: Review the Last Claim Period information
- From the Wait Screen, click PBS Claiming at the bottom of the screen.
- Review the Last Claim Period information.
If the claim Status displays Processing or Successful then no further action is required. Your PBS claim is closed.
