Fred Office Plus
Overview
You can print a Tax Invoice or Receipt for a transaction from Fred Office Plus, without having to retrieve the transaction from the POS.
Steps
- In Fred Office, click Activity, then Transactions.
- Double click on any transaction cells in the window on the right.
It doesn't matter which one you click as you we will be able to change the time later.
The Transaction Details Screen displays. - Click Activity Selection.
- In the Activity Selection window, select the date and time of the transaction and click Apply.
All the transaction sales from that time period are displayed. - Select the transaction in question, then right-click and select Reprint Invoice.
The Invoice Customisation window is displayed. - If you want to print a tax invoice, select the Click here... checkbox and fill out the details. Otherwise, click continue to reprint a receipt.
- The receipt (or invoice) will open, and you can save it as a PDF or print to a printer.
