Fred Office Plus
Overview
To generate a list of DVA Gold repat patients, follow the steps below. You can also generate a similar report using Fred Dispense. See Generate a list of DVA Gold patients using Fred Dispense.
If generating the report from Fred Office Plus, you'll also be able to add the repat number as a variable to the report.
- Go to Contacts, then select Patients.
- In the Look for field at the top, search for: %%
- Right-click the top of any column header and select Column Chooser.
- Double click on Repat # and Repat Card Colour to add them as variables to the report.
- Click on the small funnel icon at the top of the Repat Card Colour column and filter by G.
- From the top menu bar in Fred Office, click on the Export drop down menu. You can then export this report to a file format of your choosing.
