How to add a barcode for drugs

Overview

A custom barcode, with a minimum of eight digits and a maximum of 14 digits, can be added to drugs.

Steps

1. From the Lists menu, select Drugs.
2. In the Drug Barcodes field, either scan or type in the new barcode information, then press Enter or click .
   
   
   The custom barcode displays in bold, and you can remove it by selecting the barcode and clicking .
