Report on item stock adjustments

Overview

Display a report of all items which have recorded stock on hand quantity movement that has been manually adjusted.

Steps

1. Go to Reporting, then select System Reports.
2. Under Inventory Reports, select Stock Movement.
3. Click Open Report.
4. Add Reason Code column to grid as follows:
   1. Right-click a column heading.
   2. Select Column Chooser, then select Reason Code and drag up to the column header.
