Overview

Activating Real Time Prescription Monitoring in Fred Dispense enables RTPM alerts to be displayed when dispensing monitored items. The alerts will appear in the top-right corner of Fred Dispense.

Steps

  1. From the Setup menu, select eHealth Configuration, then select RTPM Configuration.
  2. Select the Activate Real Time Prescription Monitoring checkbox.
  3. Click Save.
