How to dispense repeats from a non-PBS Pharmacy

Overview

Usually, dispensing a repeat from a PBS pharmacy requires you to enter the Original Pharmacy Approval number. This is not applicable for repeats from a non-PBS pharmacy.

Once an unapproved pharmacy is used to dispense a valid PBS/RPBS prescription, that supply and all subsequent repeats must be supplied as non-PBS (private) supplies.

Steps

1. Start processing the script.
2. Enter the letter P at the end of the Repeats field.
   
3. Clear or leave the Orig Pharm field blank.
4. Finish dispensing.
