How to disable direct charging from Fred Dispense

Overview

If a patient in Fred Dispense is linked to an account on Fred Office, you can turn Direct Charging on or off for a particular patient.

Steps

1. Search for and select a patient.
2. Enter Patient Details (F8).
3. Select Extra Information (Ctrl+I).
4. Enter N in the Direct Charging field to disable it.
   
   If disabled, you'll see a similar prompt below for options when saving a script.
