Fred Dispense Plus
Overview
Within Fred Dispense Plus, it is possible to search for patient profiles by their address, Medicare number or First Name.
Search for a patient by address
On the Main Dispense screen in the eRx/Patient search field, enter two commas (,,) followed by the street address.
In the example below, we've entered: ",,123 test" in the search box.

Search for a patient by Medicare number
On the Main Dispense screen in the eRx/Patient search field, enter a semicolon (;) followed by the first few characters of the Medicare Number.
In the example below, we've entered ";2543" in the search box.

Search for a patient by first name
On the Main Dispense screen in the eRx/Patient search field, type a comma (,) followed by the first name.
For example, if you type ',catherine' in the patient search field, it will display every patient with the first name Catherine, regardless of their last name.

Search for a patient by phone number
On the Main Dispense screen in the eRx/Patient search field, type a hash (#) followed by the phone or mobile number.
In the example below, we've entered "#0423456789" in the search box.
