How to activate MyHR in Fred Dispense Plus

Overview

This guide provides instructions on how to activate My Health Record in Fred Dispense Plus.

Steps

1. Navigate to Setup > My Health Record Configuration.
2. Switch the My Health Record Enabled toggle to YES and click Save.
   
3. Restart Fred Dispense Plus on all other terminals.
4. In the Main Dispense screen, select a patient.
5. Click the MyHR button. Different coloured flags will display, indicating the service status. You can hover over each flag to see more details.
