Fred Dispense Plus
Overview
Patient Pricing Rules allow users to configure how prescriptions are priced based on specific conditions, ensuring prioritised calculations within Fred Dispense Plus when applicable.
Follow the steps below to set up a Minimum Private Pricing rule.
Steps
- From the Setup menu, select Patient Pricing Rules.
- Click the Add button.
- In the Name field, enter a name for the patient pricing rule.
- Private Minimum Price
- Under Conditions, set up the following conditions:
- Click the + button, then select the following:
Condition: Set Price
Set Price: does not exist - Click Add.
- Click the + button, then select the following:
Condition: Script Type
Script Type: Non-PBS - Click Add.
- Click the + button, then select the following:
- Under Action, click the + button, then select the action for the rule.
- Use Private Fee 0 and Markup 0
- Click Set.
- Under Price Modifiers, click the + button, then select the price modifier(s) for the rule.
- Modifier: Set Minimum Price
- Set the Minimum Price: $xx.xx
- Click Add.
- Click Add to Create the Rule.
- Click Save when you are finished configuring the rule(s).
