Create a UserVoice Account and submit ideas

UserVoice enables you to provide feedback on how to make our products even better. You can share your ideas, comment and vote for ideas other users have submitted for:

Fred Dispense Plus
Fred Office Plus
MedView

To get started, you'll need to set up a UserVoice account.

To use both the MedView UserVoice and FredIT UserVoice an account for each is required.

Access UserVoice homepage from:

- Fred Dispense Plus: AppBar or https://fredit.uservoice.com/

- Fred Office Plus: https://fredit.uservoice.com/

- MedView Flow: (bottom right corner, bulb icon) or https://medview.uservoice.com
Click Sign In
Click Create an account underneath the password box.
Type in the email then click Verify Email
A Magic Link will be emailed to authenticate the email (within 20mins).
Open the email and click the confirmation link to verify.
Navigate back to UserVoice homepage, then enter your name, password and agree to terms of service.
Click Create Account.
Your account has been created.
Enter a keyword related to your idea in the search box. If any existing ideas with that keyword appear, review the list to check if your idea is already there. If it is, you can add a comment or vote for the existing idea. If not, you can proceed to submit a new idea by selecting Post a New Idea.
Enter a title for your idea, choose a category, and provide a description. Then, input your email address and password, and click Post Idea.
