Fred Office Plus
Issue
In Fred Office Plus, one or more of the following is happening:
- Columns are missing or misplaced.
- Pricing review is blank.
- Normal view has become different.
Cause
The display has become corrupted or has been manipulated in such a way that the view is no longer acceptable.
Resolution
The steps below will reset ALL grids and customisation for ALL users.
- From the Tools menu, select System, then select Options.
- Click Look and Feel.
- Click Reset Grid Layouts.
