How to import a spreadsheet of items into a draft order

Overview

You can import a spreadsheet of items into a draft order.

You can use Import Wizard if you need to map columns, or use Quick Import, which uses the Quick Export column mapping as shown below.

Steps

1. Log in to Fred Office Plus.
2. Go to Ordering, then select Drafts.
3. Click Create new draft.
4. Click Import Wizard.
5. Select the file to import and follow the steps in the wizard.
   The items will now be in the order for you.
