- Go to Tools > Items > Discount Schemes.
- Click Add to create a new discount scheme, or select an existing discount scheme to edit.
When setting up a Mix and Match discount, enter the price per individual item, rather than the total promotional price.
Example: Buy 3 for $6.00
- Quantity: 3
- Retail Price: $2.00
To calculate the Retail Price, divide the total promotional price by the quantity:
$6.00 ÷ 3 = $2.00 per item
Therefore, enter $2.00 as the Retail Price, not $6.00. This ensures the Mix and Match discount calculates correctly.
- Click OK to save the discount scheme.
Apply the discount scheme to the required item using either of the following methods:
- Item Card: Go to Pricing & Discounts > Discounts > Use predefined discount scheme.
- Promotion: Go to Pricing > Promotion > New, then set Promotion Type to Discount Scheme.
