Fred Office Plus
Issue
A staff member cannot see anything when they open up a pricing review. This is specific to the individual's user account and is not a global setting.
Resolution
- Obtain the Fred Office User Name of the staff member who is experiencing the problem.
- Log into Fred Office as a different user with Administrator rights, for example, the owner or manager.
- Select Contacts > Users and open up the user account in question.
- Click Reset User Settings.
- Click Apply and ask the staff member to test it out.
