Resolving R331 rejection codes for DVA scripts

Overview

Sometimes DVA scripts will get the following rejection message with the code R331 from PBS.

The script will need to be endorsed. Follow these steps to endorse a script.

Steps

1. Edit the script that's getting rejected.
2. In the Immediate Supply field, change the N to Y.
   
3. Finish dispensing the script again and the rejection code should not display anymore.
