Fred Dispense
Fred Dispense customers are able to access the Fred Help Portal by clicking an icon on the toolbar.
What is the Fred Help Portal?
The Fred Help Portal is a browser-based tool providing you with additional ways to seek help. You can:
- Log requests for help via the Fred Help Portal icon/link in Fred software
- Track and update your help request tickets
- Get 24/7 help from AIFred, our advanced messaging chatbot*
- Easily find quick steps for troubleshooting questions through our knowledge base

The Fred Help Portal provides a great platform for delivering faster, more responsive and transparent assistance.
How do I access the Help Portal?
If you click the pink icon, the Help Portal will open in your browser enabling access to the benefits of this updated approach.
Configuration is completed by us, there is nothing for you to do. You'll know things are ready when the icon changes from orange to pink.
What if my icon is orange?
An orange icon indicates that the Help Portal is not active in Fred Dispense. Please complete this quick form and we will sort this out for you. I can't access the Fred Help Portal.
What else do I need to know?
As we further evolve the Fred Help Portal, you will be able to "Sign In" from any browser, not just via Fred software in the pharmacy. For instance, in the future, you will be able to sign in as yourself, enabling views of your pharmacy's tickets as well as your own.
