Overview
If you have generated an order using a template and later realise you selected the wrong supplier, you can update the supplier for all items at once—without editing each line individually.
Steps
After running a template and deciding that you want to change supplier, do the following:
- From the Tools menu, select Change Supplier, then select All Items.
- In the Supplier Change popup, select the Supplier you want to order the items from.
- Click OK.
Items will only update if they have the supplier reorder number saved in the item card.
