Generate an activation code for patient access to MySL mobile app

Overview

The activation code is used for third-party mobile apps to connect to a patient's My Script List (MySL). These apps are patient facing to allow patients to access their own MySL.

Examples include but are not limited to:

• myTWC (Mobile app)
• Scripty Oexa
• My Health (Government app)
• Scryptlite (PMAPI)

Steps

1. Select In from the menu to display the MedView Flow input screen, if it is not already displayed.
2. Search for the patient by surname followed by first name.
   
3. Select the patient from search results.
   
   The selected patient's details are loaded into the In column.
4. If the patient is registered and active on MySL, a green MySL indicator displays. Click the green MySL indicator.
   
5. Click Get Activation Code.
   
   The patient activation code displays.

6. Provide the code to the patient so they can enter it into their mobile app.
   

   If you want to send a text message to the patient with the code, click the copy icon to the right of the code, then paste it into your message.
